Sophie's Irish Eyes Are Smiling!

Poor Sophie!  She was rescued and therefore, she does not know when her birthday is!  We think she's five years old, but who really knows?  So, with her little Irish name, what better day than St. Patrick's Day to celebrate the little munchkin! 

Because I am the "little" brother, I got to enjoy the cake, too!  I mostly licked the icing!  So, then mom cut us each a piece and we cleaned our plates.

Mom was fretting about the tin foil below the cake in the pictures, but since she was putting it on the floor for us to enjoy some, it really helped in eliminating the mess for her!
