Heaven...I'm in Heaven

...because my owner has been giving me treats like I've obeyed every "sit," "stay," "wait," "come," "down," "off," "drop it" and "no!" she's ever given me.  But, we both know I haven't even come close to being that obedient...so, I can't quite figure out what's going on yet.  But, from what I'm seeing, "mom" has been up to her eyeballs in treats for me.  And, from the mess in the kitchen, I think she's baking them all herself!

All I know is I am excited and can not stop the drool from coming out of my mouth on to mom's clean hardwood floors.  But, she still gives me one of her freshly baked treats right out of the oven, so I guess she's not too upset with me for that. 

After every single treat, she asks me, "do you like it?" and "is it good?"  I've even seen her taste a few herself.  I wish she'd stop all that, though.  I typically will swallow rubber or stuffing from my toys before she can stop me, so can't she tell I love these yummy, healthy (I know she wouldn't give me something that's not healthy for me) goodies??!!

Let me just recommend you stay tuned because if you get a whiff of what I've been getting, you will be as happy as I am and will SIT for it all!

Ok, time for me to go dream about the toys mom threw away today (yes, I was eating them), but I am content now even without them because my tummy is full of Southern-Inspired Treats and my heart is happy.
