I am in love with food. Even my prescription diet food gets me falling ears over paws (I think humans say "head over heels"). Well, this week, it's all about Valentine's Day treats for me and I am experiencing true amore! No, it's not a box of chocolates--dogs can't eat that stuff, silly humans!
So, tonight let me just tell you about the "Healthy Hearts" I've been devouring. They are scrumptious little heart-shaped cookies that remind me somewhat of the spaghetti I stole off mom's plate at the kitchen table last week (yes, I did it, but am too big to be discreet, so it didn't work out as I had hoped). The tomato-y, cheesy taste is so yummy and they are even RED!
See, this is how you get what you want.
So good and healthy!
Mom is giving some Valentine's Day treats to some of my besties, because I don't think she completely trusts me as the judge. She knows I eat pretty much anything! But, don't lose heart, you will be able to get some soon, too!
With love,
Amos
Ok, seriously. I'm tired of waiting.

Hey Amos,
ReplyDeleteWe are checking posts before we have to call it a night---glad we did because now we know what fun you are having when we're not around. You had better not eat all the Valentine treats...we expect a big bag full just for our own! Those huge paws of yours look really funny with red hearts on them...have you looked at your picture? Oh and we remember what you looked like at Christmas in your reindeer antlers! It's the girls against you now!

I can't believe you got him to sit there like that!! I'm impressed.
